CHEE SE South Australia’s first sheep dairy and cheese factory, Island Pure handmake award-winning Mediterranean-style sheep’s cheese and yoghurt. Their farm gate is open for tours by appointment only and brings together farm, dairy and cheesery. Keep an eye out for their cheeses as you travel around the Island. BEER Cygnet River’s newest artisan producer, Kangaroo Island Beer Co, produces small batch hand-crafted beers. At their rustic microbrewery, located on the Island Pure property, Kangaroo Island Beer Co make preservative- free fresh brews using locally sourced ingredients unique to Island including rainwater and Ligurian bee honey, to offer beer that embodies the purity and authenticity of Kangaroo Island.
